Ex90 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the rules and conditions governing the use of the ex90 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the ex90 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To register and use ex90's services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority recognised under the laws of your country of residence, whichever is higher.
  • Not residing in a country or territory where participation in online gambling activities is fully prohibited under local law.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register enforced by the platform or a relevant external authority.

Ex90 reserves the right to verify a user's eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not comply with the above requirements.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ex90 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. Providing any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ex90 will never request your password through any external communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. ex90 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the ex90 platform for lawful purposes only and must not:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to defraud, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems in any way.
  • Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

Payments, Transactions and MYR Currency

All financial transactions on the ex90 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to Malaysian users who use supported local payment methods.

Deposit

Users may deposit funds into their ex90 account using supported payment methods such as FPX via Malaysian commercial banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and internet banking transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may change from time to time. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by the respective payment method.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's prevailing policy. ex90 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. ex90 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or a third-party payment provider.

Unauthorised Transactions

Any attempt to process unauthorised payments, perform invalid chargebacks, or use payment methods that do not belong to you is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Ex90 provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ex90 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the ex90 platform are the exclusive property of ex90 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from ex90.

Third-Party Links & Services

The ex90 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. ex90 does not control the content or policies of these third parties and is not liable for any losses arising from your interactions with them. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Account Policy — Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

Ex90 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, processed unauthorised payments, registered multiple accounts, or taken any action that compromises the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the closure is due to a serious violation, ex90 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Account Closure at User's Request

Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the ex90 support team. Any remaining balance in the account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification and no outstanding pending bets.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Ex90 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the ex90 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate legal proceedings.

Permitted Use of Platform

The ex90 platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of eligible users. Any commercial use, data aggregation, data mining, or repurposing of platform content for business purposes without prior written consent from ex90 is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of users' personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy ex90, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming
